Decision support, not a guarantee
MorphManager genetics calculators provide educational, decision-support estimates based on the traits, inheritance model, assumptions, and parent information entered. Results describe mathematical possibilities or expected probabilities, not guaranteed offspring, clutch, litter, colony, line, phenotype, genotype, fertility, viability, or commercial value.
Limits of a calculation
Actual outcomes may differ because of small sample sizes, random inheritance, incomplete or incorrect lineage information, misidentified traits, sex linkage, polygenic or multifactorial traits, variable expression, penetrance, recombination, environmental effects, fertility, viability, and inheritance mechanisms the selected model does not represent. A displayed confidence label communicates the quality of the inputs and model; it does not convert an estimate into certainty.
Verify before acting
You are responsible for checking parent identities, genetic status, assumptions, and results against current, species-appropriate evidence and experienced professional guidance. Do not use a calculator result as the sole basis for animal-welfare, veterinary, legal, financial, labeling, sale, or breeding decisions. MorphManager does not certify genetics, parentage, health, or the accuracy of user-entered data.
